Fruit cages can be basically divided into two grades, Standard and Heavy Duty. Which type will suit will depend on how much you have to invest and how permanent an installation you want .
The Standard grade is light and even portable if you decide to re-site your fruit. It’s ideal for most domestic gardens and allotments. The Heavy Duty grade of cage will be more durable, will stand up to more extreme conditions, but once erected it is generally difficult to move.
